Our delivery time is 15 working days, however, in the case of urgent orders we can deviate from this following consultation.
If you have an urgent order then it is very important that all files are supplied correctly, so that we are still able to meet your delivery deadline.
In the first week after the files have been supplied we shall ensure that everything is ready for printing. Always check the content of your PDF for text and lay-out mistakes before you supply it to us. For quicker processing it is prudent to first send a text quire (16 pages) to us, which may contain: text and/or figures which are still not definite. We also recommend this for quicker delivery.
Once the preparation is complete we can start printing in the 2nd week.
You can contact us at any time to enquire about progress. During this week you can also expect to receive a dummy from us. This is a final printed version of your pages, it is NOT therefore a proof. The total impression will be printed in one run. After receiving this dummy, please contact us as soon as possible so that there is sufficient time to make any changes. In the event that there are any changes you will be charged for one quire, provided this relates to printing errors.
Following approval from the customer, the binder can proceed to produce the book in the last week.
